The chances of a T/O of Perseus Mining in the next 12 months is almost NIL = offers would need to be "out of Ball Park" for management to even consider such.
The Share registry is LONG term hold, regardless of recent Selling.
GOLD Production is the Catalyst for any T/O offers and that wont occur until Q3 2011.
