40 - 50c isn't going to cut it .
This will be a $1.00+ stock in very short time in my opinion.
So they are between a rock and a hard place.
Hold and make money with no control or sell soon for a small profit.
The first course will be difficult as to explain their admin costs to their shareholders when their shareholders could buy KIN shares and achieve greater profits themselves.
So to find another prey they will need the funds and will have to sell at a small profit and explain the lost opportunity cost to their shareholders.
Either way I imagine their shareholders will vote with their feet if they could.
