Why would I want my shareholding heavily diluted (loss of shareholder wealth) to obtain "institutional" funds to achieve what the current team would do anyways?
Why would I want to experience further shareholder "loss" linked to the cost of having to raise the funds needed to do what the current team have already planned.
Why would I want to experience further shareholder dilution via the inevitable performance options that would be allocated to the challengers if successful.
I took me ten minutes to vote against change and post my proxy to the company this evening.
