Thinking about this a little more, it wouldn't just be the noise levels that would preclude a Weatherford rig, the sheer size of the rig setup alone would also be a major obstacle.
IMO this is a PERFECT example of where WS's know-how is going to pay dividends - it would appear there is simply no other machine that could perform this role better?

I'm also quite certain this isn't going to be a one-off job, there'll be dowzens like it around the globe requiring a rig with a small footprint, low noise levels etc, etc ;)
