With respect I'd look at it another way.

With the strike of 1c, when PAX move, PAXO will follow - question is, how much do you put on the time value of the option?

I'd say 0.4-0.5c ie PAXO (once the heads move on news) will lag the heads by 0.5-0.6 c

So, should PAX go from 0.6 to 2.0, imo PAXO likely to go from 0.2 to 1.4 or 1.5.

Which gives you the better return?
