Much precedent exists with similar deals of $100m upfront to allow partner to market the drug in Asia. Funds will used to take the drug to marketing approval here. This follows support from collaborates and and FDA discussions. Marketing approval is not seen insurmountable, because of the measure of drug activity being achieved. DIPG dealings involve Stanford, Zurich and Australia."
