d_ric, you make some good points - significatntly longer than 2 years I agree - but don't forget the value of synergies which have been excluded from numbers in the ann. I note also that this acquisition is part of a another transaction - Barry's is being sold off by the acquirer of another company that currently owns Barry's...its too early to call this a good or bad deal. IMHO.
