guys i am not commenting on whether this is a good or bad deal.

just thought a bit of clarity needed to be made about some previous posts.

Also in the current climate things like post acquisition gearing clearly needs to be considered, before saying this is a great deal.

As for the S/P i am always suspicous of those that spruik a share price being "$X in one years time etc"

from my brief look at current multiples, recent performance and consideration of the current market, i think $4 is a long long way off...

But hey what would I know? DYOR
