I agree that TOX will atke longer than 2 years to pay off - but...

    I agree that TOX will atke longer than 2 years to pay off - but strongly disagree with the comment that Barry's acquisition is a bad one. Do you know what margins they are working on? What the industry average EBIT for this service is? The terms of the proposed payment? The debt facility? Line of credit? Govt support?

    Sorry - but this was not be a negative on TOX bottom line and market share... only positive IMO.
