The best way to get the information is to go through Link Market Services (the Share Registrar) and ask for a detailed account transaction history on your Mother's account with Link. You may need to get the Executor of the Estate involved in the request.

Link will need a copy of the Death Certificate and proof of being the Executor of the Estate to provide a detailed account transaction history from the Share Registrar.

Remember, OZ Minerals has had at least 1 share capital return to shareholders (and share consolidation) during June 2011 (see PDF below), which the capital return impacts the cost base.
