Make sure the shares are in your name/entity and you can see them on the share registry website
www.linkmarketservices.com.au

Then click "view details" to make sure you have a bank account you want the money (you WONT get BHP shares) to go to.
I believe it will be two amts you get on 2nd May (or the day after typically if shares in a company).
- the larger amt is the $26.50 per share
- the smaller amt is the $1.75 special dividend per share.

If you can't login then make an account - you need to have the share certificate (Chess Holding Statement - blue and white in colour) available with the details (like the HIN).
Do this now as it takes time - you need to set up 2 factor authentication with the Google Authenticator app to get in.
And if you don't have banking details they may or may not send you a cheque - that can delay things by a month (some places only send cheques out once a month).
