For those interested or in the same boat as me, I was able to have a chat with CFO - Ian Weatherdon and he assured that the EFT process has been started today by Linkmarketservices.

Clearing of the EFT will be a bank-by-bank basis. Some banks faster than others. Not sure if the new legislated NPP technology (near realtime EFT clearance) will be of any use in this case as it isn't fully implemented yet so we can expect the classic up to 1-3 days of clearance.
Bottom line I've just got to be patient...
