There not random at all Ross Brown puts them there just prior to a capital raise then in the fine print he tells everyone the meaning of probable, possible or maybe. See this alleviates the possibility of people coming back and saying but you said so. The word Mega only means Mega if you believe it due at the bottom of any Announcement, there is always the disclaimer.
