At this early stage it might be best to read the label porphyry as a descriptor of igneous type rock (from cooling magma) as opposed to the use of it as a porphyry mineral deposit (typically copper). Maybe the porphyritic rock points to a porphyry copper deposit, or maybe it's just barren cooled magma? Naturally, being the optimistic speculator that I am, with copper proven in the system already, I'm also really hoping for the mineral deposit!! )
