    I think Noel should receive an award for the longest time it has taken a managing director to make a decision.This truly must be a world record time.It took Singapore stock exchange 5months to get an answer from a useless labor government.Noel has had 16 months and he still can't make his mind up.How difficult could it be.This man has shown no respect for shareholders.
