not sure what a winger is other than someone who plays on opposite sides of the playing field,but i will assume the worst.

For your benifit i have been with this company since it was nothing more than a tin shed operation with Clive Langly doing the welding in 3 metres of water. I have been with it as it grow quite substantialy.Falter twice and take off again.Since those early days i have built a substantial holding and as yet not sold a share even at the heady heights of $1.50.If i decide to play to the left or the right as a winger i think i may be entitled ?

Accepting 30% or $200k pay rises without discussion or the raising of an eyebrow is contrary to the duties of any shareholder.We are not back at those $1.50 days.

In the scheme of things considering the amount of people involved this may not be substantial,but to just nod your head and rubber stamp everything that is thrown on the table is hardly responsible
