I agree that increases in cash remuneration and in particular board fees should be minimal (if MD rise is giving back GFC cut then ok).
The upside for senior executives and board should come by way of increased SP. So handing out options is my preferred method of bonuses. These should be significantly out of the mony (to incentise performance), and in LSR's case a strike price at no less than $0.20.
