What happened to the couple from Melbourne who inadvertently bought 8% of the company for $64k.
Not realising they had to outlay a further $60 million odd?
They somehow got out of their obligation.
I would suspect that if the company did something to relieve these people of their obligations,then they have set a precedent.
I wonder how we could find out.
