But, have a look at clause 2.6 paragraph 2 of details of offer on PDS.
Very naughty to conspire to avoid a debt, but is their actually any debt until the 2nd payment record date?
No debt on disposal, no conspiracy?
Also was a smsf actually allowed to buy this at the start, with their restrictions on debt?
