Just to clarify, Melbourne housewife Fang He who invested $32K and got a $65 million liability did sell her shares. However, she did not sell them to Melbourne IT Consultant Nick Bolton who purchased $47k worth of shares and got a $95 million liability. Those were seperate and unrelated transactions that happened on different days.
It is still a mystery who Fang He sold her shares to. It is almost certain that it was an off-market transfer. Whoever now owns them is Brisconnections second largest shareholder with 8% of the shares on issue, but no substantial shareholder notice has been posted, despite Brisconnections best efforts to find out who the new owner is.
