I don't think nsl are rushing this, because if they did, then they wouldn't of backed off the first opportunity to acquire land back in June...
other party didn't meet satisfactory obligations with nsl and nsl rejected..
It took all yr of 2009 to negotiate a successful deal...
experienced staff, and goode having close ties with government in India is a bonus..
This management, or people leading nsl into acquisitions and negotiations are NOT amateurs.. things will come into announcements when they feel appropriate, just like giving out the locality of the site in their previous ann...

They would have boulders in their head if they didnt realise that the market wants FE content, and type and quantity etc.. it will come.. as to why it hasnt already who knows... maybe they dont want to issue this information due to not wanting to appreciate the share price yet? director bought nsl shares few weeks ago, maybe more to go? until they unleash what the market wants to hear?
