I bought shares back around the year 2000 in Oropa who had tenements in India,mining for diamonds. Oropa found very good amounts of diamonds and several Kimberlite pipes I think they are called,they set up a camp site with accommodation and equipment Etc: State borders changed or some thing like that and it has been going through the courts ever since. Set a court date,put back,set a court date,set back time after time. Oropa had an Indian J/V partner who was highly respected and was suppose to have influence with the Government.
