Well the SP isn't getting the drift!
There's a lot of semantics in announcements, stupid unproductive abbreviations on Sonlite etc etc. One operators 'gas show' is another operators 'elevated readings'.
Pardon my cynicism, but PAY is when it money comes to surface - there's still collapsed well, stuck thingy in the hole, and a raft of other obstacles between 'zone of interest' and PAY.
We'll see in a couple of minutes whether a small trade goes thru in pre-open at .002, .003 or .004.
