    Just checked the Tollhurst Noall report on AGM's website.

    They say "we have assumed a payability of 72.5%", ie this is NOT a fact, only an assumption.

    I have been using a slightly higher number, and will continue to. Brokers are generally likely to be conservative whenever faced with uncertainty, as it is right for them to be.
