Firstly, if TGS was in Australia it would have been past $1.50 long ago. It's
where it is at the moment precisely because it's in the DRC. It's in elephant
country and elephants can be dangerous. Fortunately for us the elephant
trainer (DRC Government) has a 40% stake in our welfare.
Secondly, this isn't the first election they have had in the DRC recently. They
had one in 2006 which went off well, by African standards. In fact there have
been many elections held in Africa recently, none of which resulted in the sort
of stand-off we are seeing in Ivory Coast. I see no reason to extrapolate what's
happening in Ivory Coast to the DRC.
