Great post morrstone.
One thing I didnt know about Giulio is that he came from Sino steel before joining Sundance, in which I think is a massive plus for the company. Another massive plus also is that Giulio having worked in the Congo with US comp. Century Aluminium. George Jones you've recruited very well.
If I hop on the Sundance home page is there a thumbs up button for GJ. If there was I'd give him a big thumbs up.
