Great post morrstone. One thing I didnt know about Giulio is that he came from Sino steel before joining Sundance, in which I think is a massive plus for the company. Another massive plus also is that Giulio having worked in the Congo with US comp. Century Aluminium. George Jones you've recruited very well.
