Total Cash Costs(inc. royalties) A$38.8/lb or US$25lb
Looking at past Lonsec reports the highest operating cost was US$16 and at US$45/lb this would give a SP of A$1.63.
Given that $25 is 1.5 times more than $16 then SP should be something over $1 based on today's U price.
Would be interested to see what the cost difference is between Quasars and AGS estimates.
