    They're still aggregating the pieces but the basic offering is essentially SAAS with additional services no? And even if they're doing some manual work (data entry, configuration etc.) I would have thought that could be progressively converted to self service over time.

    Wouldn't it be more accurate for the time being to say it's a bit of both rather than "not SAAS"? Or are you asserting as fact there is no SAAS component at all?
