I think there is absolutely a market for this. Look to generations entering work now who are very comfortable with working gig/multiple/portfolio jobs and careers. It's very different to the pathway I grew up with (I am only in my early 30s) but the risk appetite/comfort with that is markedly different - let alone to say my Mum's age group in 60s who would be mortified with the perceived instability.
