    Seems that i was correct in predicting that TFS shareholder end up paying the price for the heavy debt loads inflicted on them by management. TFS has been hammered in the market along with other stocks that are weighed down by debt that saps the returns to shareholder into the future. It is sad to see a company with good prospects being sold down the drain by inept management. As usual the share price falls below the price of the last capital raising and this is simply because TFS is not getting a return that flows through to shareholders returns. TFS has nothing to sell except its management and that is not enough to get the share price up
