paying twice to manage the same assets...why

Why is BBP paying twice to manage the same assets....the present team of directors at BBP are well paid, but, BBP is also paying a second team at BNB a hell of alot more to manage the same assets as its present directors are managing.

Is the first team directors at BBP wood ducks and should they be got rid of and the managers at BNB made to manage BBP and earn there pay with ahands on performance instead of a supervisory role training wood ducks to be directors.
