My view is that this is not "a pump and dump" but just a sign that buyers close to the company think this is ripe for the picking. This is a watershed for Red Fork as all the hard work is done and we are about to see how good this project in the Cherokee Basin is. Based on the history of the area Im betting at least some success. The share price isnt reflecting this at all yet.
15 wells by Xmas means some serious news flow coming our way. If we get the flow rates this is going to be huge.
The cherokee basin project has some US neighbours that will be watching this closely. It would be very easy for one of these companies to try and take over RFE if the wells come in and it starts to generate cash.
Im not in this stock hoping for a takeover as they rarely eventuate, however , the fundamentals are so good Im happy to have a decent holding.
All the hard work has been done with infrastructure. If the wells come in with solid flow rates this stock will have a very very strong run upwards.
