Why would they sign a binding agreement when they need shareholder approval and more money?
I have been with this company since it changed from being a Telco, became a Biotech and then changed directors who made it a mining company so that they could dispose of their worthless mining leases. I hope it increases enough so I can finally bail out. As a previous message though, what has happened to the mid Jan announcement.

Christ! How many consolidations have you gone through? The value of your holdings must be worth next to zero by now?
This is a reverse takeover, so hopefully the new blood and business will bring about positive change.
