Haven't seen payment yet, but I assume that depends on whether your bank in the same as theirs, otherwise it will show up overnight.
It's a bugger if they have withheld that much because of the US form. We bought the shares in an Australian share market under Australian law and wouldn't have had to fill in those forms if we had sold those shares in the open market in the ASX while they were still trading. They over-complicate things for investors sometimes.
