I called my broker, who directed me to computershare, who transferred me to someone that was specifically on the case for UPD, and they said that payment has been made today, and claimed that the 23rd was an "indicative date only" and subject to change.

Payment is going straight to my bank account that I use with the broker, so if your broker has registered a bank account along to your HIN at Computershare, you should expect a payment there today or tomrrow. If no address is registered, then a cheque the address that the registry has for you.
