I know I am not the first poster to comment on this.
I've just had a chance to read the annual report and note that there were bonuses paid last year. AGAIN. And nicely buried inside the document. Was this part of the reason the board fought so hard to keep any independence away?
I though we were told that bonus payments were off the table?
Why were bonuses paid when the company lost millions of dollars, both last year and this year? Why were we not informed of this at the last AGM, when the topic of bonuses was raised?
Were these bonuses paid to directors for approving the bonuses to other directors in the previous year?
Does that mean they'll now approve bonuses next year?
