Man you guys and girls make me laugh.
1st: It is a binding agreement, if he was not to pay he would get sued.
2nd: The way the asian business world works if he was not to pay then it would bad on him and his business, so i dont think that is going to happen.
3rd: the reason why its not higher is because of a couple of reasons, the company has entered into mou's before and nothing became of them, its like crying wolf, once payment is received then the company will be re-rated. The market dropping didnt help either
4th: The project is bigger than just the 2.5bt, as long as the ore is consistant or better the project gets better and bigger, That would explain why they are still drilling.
Once everything is sured up then i think you will see a re-rating of the stock and the asset. The original management has been changed and people added who can get the job done and have experience.
