Totally agree, big couple of years, some decisions had to be made, you can never make everyone happy, but what it shows me the company ISX can adapt very quickly to new issues or new opportunity's, I'm here for the long term, not short-term gains.
I was just thinking about your moderated post, you painted yourself into a corner if you try and answer it you will upset your paymaster, and if you don't, we all understand you 1ST prize is just a low grade in the pay class, I think you need to reinvent yourself again and retire 1stPrize
