I had previously done as you suggested but cross-analysis of previous license grants is rendered a moot point by Covid.
As I mentioned in a previous post, APRA have clearly stated the issuing of banking licenses is suspended til at least September 2020.
The APRA announcement dated Wednesday 8 April 2020 mentions an "at least six months" delay in the issuing of new licenses, which translates to a 12 week wait at best.
As LCH pointed out earlier, it's unlikely APRA will rush the process to appease shareholders.
