via a capital raising
just noticed that I got a rights issue for GPT shares
1 for 1 @ 60c
the share plummeted to 62c now up around 85 c
lets say I had bought at say 85c
I'd be be at 72 c
I have therefore got in at a 15% discount
might be good way to play the market
