next to zero chance of materializing. if afterpay want to go after that dollar bracket they just announce it and it is done. there is no gain spending 100m+ when they already have the software, client base and dominant position. if any of the payright customers already have an afterpay account (and I'm sure a lot do) then there is no synergies in this deal. sounds like ramping so you can get an exit
