battershill's pedigree is hardly something to write home about. Have a read. One wonders why the Chair isn't pushing to secure some ex Cadia Newcrest upper management to lead SVL? They'd be all over this.....
but I note that over and above the 650k and super (so we're talking 720k) is a hefty 50% STI arrangement, based on 'HSE' targets.
please, spare me, what hse targets might a non operating entity have? Shouldn't STI be tied to milestones which mean something to investors, such as planning approvals, construction, commissioning, etc.
so shareholders might see cash on hand dwindle to accommodate the zero LTIFR on near zero workers?
does this pass the pub test?
i note that the duration between Stephen mayne questioning the STX MD and CEO, and resignation of said individual, was about 6 weeks. Maybe the mayne report needs to look at SVL.
