    2. Drilling adds 210kt more metal (shallow)
    3. Offtakes could potentially contain a life of mine 5% ? premium to spot. Just guessing here.

    These factors though could take the project NPV past $1B.

    Waiting for THE trading halt now, price is being controlled for a reason imo...
