Does the claim have real validity? ( Not a try on?).

I would like to see a clear statement/disclosure of the situation, preferably by someone with an independent legal background

A bit ot, but if it was you who assisted a fellow poster the other night on a medical matter, I was very impressed and humbled by your knowledge and sympathetic approach to the situation. Certainly the first time I have witnessed such actions on the internet.
