Spoke to man. at the plant last week to see how all was going. Advised that production is at the 3000T per month level which is full capacity relative to their licence. Re the newcastle upgrade, that is well under way re ordering etc. The option offer is fully under written so the funds are all there to complete the works, and from memory that was by year's end; don't quote me on that one. Elsewhere there are efforts afoot to source lead from sources other than batteries - and I gather there has been some success but was not able to get any specific details. I also gather that the chinese do not have an Oz or NZ registered entity. Not able to get any bite on whether a divvey was likely; understandable I guess.
