Yes Frikkie, we are probably giving the same info from a different angle. My info said that the Chinese were raising capital for other projects in China. Whether or not they were offered to participate and refused, or were not offered, I didn't check, but it seemed like they were offered, which would be expected in my opinion, for a large shareholder.
I still haven't seen the letter from MPS - I called them but they have not sent it as promised.
