I agree on the TA being overridden by FA, but this is step 1 in a very long and multi-step series of announcements before any value is realised.

1) We have the correct coal for UCG in SA (coal which has no resale value)
2) SA will let us build a plant
3) we are going to fast track this
4) We are considering gas sales and power gen.

By itself it adds no value, it just says a major hurdle is now crossed.

A FA+ announcement will have to be GTL works with good flow rates or something very similar
