pbd expectations

People who bought this stock at $1+ have probably done their money and are bitter about it, but we need to look at the fundementals in an objective way.

This is a long term winner that will start to be cash flow positive from 2012 and will start paying reasonable dividends. For contrarian investors like me, now is the time to buy such a company.I think in 3-5 years the share price will be upwards of 50 cents

I think that by the end of the week the Shire of Murray Council will release the outcome of its decision on the Point Grey TPS/OPD from the Ordinary Council meeting on 28 Oct and given that all the councillors on the property committee unanimously voted 8 to 0 to approve the TPS/OPD on the 19th as a prelude to the Ordinary Council meeting I dont see any real obstacle to final approval. Hence the recent interest in the stock (coupled with the oceanique campaign)

The PBD AGM is in Nov and I think the directors will have some good news for investors at last.
