I have been watching PBD closely for almost a year . Have put some pbd and pbdo into my portfolio.
What do you think the price will hit in 6 months? My forecast is between 4c-5c, based on a possible point grey marina approval, the expected profits from burwood B1, Milton , yang land, and maybe other projects soon to come.
Am I too greedy ?
